Designed for gentle heat, marinades, dressings, and sauces. The Flow is a lower-density balsamic condimento made to meld into a dish, not drizzle on top of it.

Roast vegetables with it. Deglaze with it. Whisk it into vinaigrettes. Marinate chicken, pork, steak, or mushrooms. Use it when you want balsamic to soften, season, and become part of the food.

Made from estate-grown Trebbiano, Lambrusco, and Spergola grapes from a fourth-generation acetaia in Emilia-Romagna. No thickeners. No Caramel color. No added sugars beyond what the grapes provide themselves.
