## Where we ship
Doniti ships within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

## Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Levittown, New York.

## Carrier and timing
All orders ship USPS Priority Mail. Typical transit time is 2–4 business days within the U.S.

## Rates
- $7.99 flat rate on orders under $40
- Free shipping on orders $40 and over (this includes The Founder's Batch Duo)

## Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

## Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact USPS first (most "lost" packages are recovered within 48 hours). If unresolved, email austin@tastedoniti.com and we will work with you on a replacement.
