The Finish is a 1.35-density IGP-certified Aceto Balsamico di Modena - denser more concentrated, and made to go on the plate, not in the pan.
Use it over burrata, grilled meats, aged cheeses, fresh fruit, finished pasta, pizza or vanilla gelato. It clings, glosses, and lingers in a way thinner balsamic cannot.
IGP-certified and produced by a fourth-generation acetaia in Emilia-Romagna.
